836.08 SCREENING; CONSTRUCTION OF OFF-STREET PARKING AREAS.

Whenever a motel site adjoins a residential area, a suitable wall or fence not less than five feet in height shall be erected, and off-street parking areas shall be constructed in compliance with the Zoning Code. Within a required front yard, or within fifty feet of a street intersection, the height of the wall or fence shall be limited to three and one-half feet.
