826.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Public dance" means any dance which is or may be attended or patronized by the public generally, and for which a charge or fee is made for admission or for the privilege of dancing.
   (b)   "Public dance hall" means any place or premises where the public is admitted and where dancing is regularly allowed or permitted and for which a charge or fee for admission, or for the privilege of dancing, is made regularly, meaning at least four times per year.
