818.05 INSURANCE.
   No license shall be issued for the conduct of an entertainment or activity permitted by this chapter unless and until the applicant has deposited with the City Clerk a certificate of insurance evidencing the existence of public liability insurance against the operation of any and all devices and facilities operated in connection with such entertainment or activity. Such insurance shall have minimum limits of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) per person and five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) per occurrence. Each policy of insurance must be issued by a company licensed by the State.
