The Operator shall:
(a) Keep a register of guests, open at all times to inspection by City, State and Federal officers, showing, for all guests:
(1) The name and address of each guest.
(2) Dates of entrance and departure.
(3) The license number, make, type and licensing state of all automobiles.
(b) Maintain the establishment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times.
(c) Comply with and enforce this chapter and report promptly to the Police Department any violations of law which may come to his or her attention.
(d) Report to the Stephenson County Health Department all cases of persons or animals affected, or suspected of being affected, with any communicable disease.
(e) Maintain in convenient places, approved by the Fire Department, hand fire extinguishers in good operating condition.
