810.03 INSPECTION REPORTS; COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER REGULATIONS.
   (a)   A report from the Bureau of Fire Prevention, as provided in Chapter 1640 of the Fire Prevention Code, that the establishment complies with the Fire Prevention Code, with the Building and Housing Code and that any bed and breakfast establishment complies with Section 6 of the Illinois Bed and Breakfast Act (50 ILCS 820/1 et seq.). A bed and breakfast establishment shall be considered a rooming house for the purposes of applying the Fire Prevention Code and the fire regulations of the Building and Housing Code. A vacation rental shall be governed by the provisions of such codes which are applicable to single-family residences.
   (b)   A health inspection report from the Stephenson County Department of Public Health stating that the establishment complies with applicable State and County public health statutes, laws and regulations.
   (c)   A report from the office of the Director of Community and Economic Development stating that the establishment complies with applicable building, electrical and plumbing codes and regulations.
