808.07 STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS.

Every auctioneer, or auction sale, shall be in compliance with the provisions of 225 ILCS 640/1 to 12, inclusive, and 720 ILCS 225/1, or any amendment thereof, subject to Section 202.05(b) of the Administration Code.
