808.06 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS.

Every auctioneer, or auction sale, shall be in compliance with Chapters 1020 and 1026 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code regarding sales on public ways, with Section 670.05 of the General Offenses Code regarding excessive noise, and with all other applicable chapters and sections of these Codified Ordinances.
