A licensee shall have the right to change the location of the licensed business, provided that he or she shall obtain written permission from the License Officer, submit to necessary inspections by representatives of the Community Development Department or other officer and pay a removal fee of five dollars ($5.00) to the Finance Director or his or her designee.
