802.13 BUILDING CONSTRUCTION OR OCCUPANCY NOT AUTHORIZED BY LICENSES.

A license issued under this Title Two of the Business Regulation and Taxation Code shall not be considered a substitute for a building or occupancy permit, nor shall it convey any right, in itself, to do any building or construction whatsoever.
