802.12 LOST LICENSES; ISSUANCE OF DUPLICATES.

A duplicate license or special permit shall be issued by the License Officer to replace any license previously issued which has been lost, stolen, defaced or destroyed, without any willful conduct on the part of the licensee, upon the payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00).
