802.01 LICENSE AND LICENSEE DEFINED.

"License" and "licensee," as used in this chapter, shall include, respectively, the words "permit" and "permittee," or the holder for any use or period of time of any similar privilege, wherever relevant to any provision of this Title Two of the Business Regulation and Taxation Code or other law or ordinance.
