In addition to any other penalties and remedies set forth in this chapter, whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 694.02 shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a first offense and not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each subsequent offense.
