694.06 MANDATORY INJUNCTION.

In addition to all other penalties and remedies provided for in this chapter, the City shall have the right to seek and obtain a mandatory injunction against the owner of any such real estate who is in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, enjoining and ordering him or her to cut grass and grass or weeds in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
