692.09 FORFEITURE OF WEAPONS.

The owner of a weapon who is convicted of a violation of this chapter shall forfeit to the City, for the use of or the destruction by the City, the weapon involved in such violation, and such forfeiture shall be in addition to any other penalty which may be imposed by the court.
