No person shall use, carry on his or her person or within a motor vehicle in a position accessible to the occupants of such motor vehicle or discharge a sling-shot, air-gun, BB gun, blow gun; any other implement or device for the casting or throwing of stones, pellets, bullets, shot, BBs or darts; any other item that reasonably resembles the shape and color of a real firearm; or any other article of a dangerous or annoying character.
