686.02 SWINDLING OR CHEATING.

No person shall obtain possession of any money, property or other thing of value, or attempt to do so, by swindling, cheating, fraud or false proceedings, or by any trick, sleight of hand game or device, nor induce, or attempt to induce, any person to bet, loan, deposit or stake money or other property upon the result of any game, trick or device.
