670.07 USE OF OFFENSIVE PRODUCTS UPON PERSONS OR PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall throw, drop, pour, deposit or discharge upon the person or property of another, any liquid, gas or solid substance which is injurious to such person or property, or which is nauseous, sickening, irritating or offensive to any of the senses.

(b) This section shall not apply to police officers acting in the line of duty or to the use of such substances for the protection of property or for repelling law violators.
