664.04 POSSESSION OF TOOLS USED FOR BURGLARY.

No person shall have in his or her possession any nippers of the description known as burglar's nippers, picklocks, skeleton keys, bit keys, bits, jimmies or any other burglar's instrument, unless it can be shown that such possession is innocent or for a lawful purpose.
