662.03 INTERFERING WITH LIBERTIES AND RIGHTS OF OTHERS.
   No person shall interfere with the liberties and rights of others. A person commits the offense of interfering with the liberties and rights of others if he or she places himself or herself in a public way, park or shopping area and harasses, blocks the passage of or intimidates others and is not conducting a political, religious or civil demonstration or activity.
