658.11 INCORPORATION OF STATE STATUTES.

In addition to all of the provisions of this chapter, all pertinent and applicable provisions of 740 ILCS 105/0.01 et seq., as amended, are incorporated herein by reference as to acts or conditions prohibited, and as to procedures, subject to Section 202.05(b) of the Administration Code.
