The provisions and regulations for nuisances, whether provided for in this chapter or elsewhere in these Codified Ordinances, shall be applicable within the territorial boundaries of the City, as now existing or hereafter changed, and within one-half mile of such corporate limits as provided by 65 ILCS 5/7-4-1, as amended.
