(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 202.99 for general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)
(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 650.08 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(b) Whoever violates the provisions of Section 650.10 shall be subject to the following:
(1) Whoever violates Section 650.10(a) shall be sentenced to do not less than ten community service hours.
(2) Whoever violates Section 650.10(b) shall be sentenced to do not less than ten community service hours for a first offense, not less than twenty-five community service hours for a second offense nor more than fifty community service hours for each offense thereafter, and may be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
(3) Whoever violates Section 560.10(c) shall be sentenced to do not less than ten community service hours for a first offense, not less than twenty-five community service hours for a second offense nor more than fifty community service hours for each offense thereafter, and may be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
(4) In addition to or in lieu of the penalties set forth in paragraph (b)(2) hereof, the parent of a truant person may be required to participate in a parenting program, a list of which available programs will be maintained by the City.
