No minor shall make false statements, present or exhibit any fictitious or false registration card, identification card, note or other document or present or exhibit a document issued to a person other than the one presenting the same, for the purpose of gaining admission to a restricted place or for the purpose of procuring the purchase, gift or delivery of a restricted article.
