604.04 INTERFERING WITH FIRE-FIGHTING OPERATIONS; UNLAWFUL RECONNECTION OF UTILITIES.

No person shall interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the Fire Chief or any member of the Fire Department in the discharge of his or her duty, nor, without permission of the Chief, connect or attempt to connect any electric wire, gas pipe, water pipe or water connection after the same has been disconnected by the Chief or under his or her order.
