250.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby established a Department of Community and Economic Development in and for the City as an executive branch of the City Government, which Department shall consist of a Community and Economic Development Director and subordinate members in such numbers, and at such compensation, as may be provided annually by ordinance of the City.
