242.45 FIRE ALARM RECORD; COMPANY JOURNAL.
   There shall be kept at each station a fire alarm record and a Journal which shall contain an accurate and complete record of the actions and operations of each company for each day; the regular and special duties performed by the members, individually and collectively; delinquencies of members; orders received and given; accidents to persons or apparatus; and everything else pertaining to the business of the company or the Department. The Journal shall be open to the inspection of the Fire Chief, the Deputy Chief or the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners.
