240.26 TRAFFIC BUREAU.

There is hereby established a Traffic Bureau within the Police Department. It shall be under the direction and control of the Chief of Police and shall be staffed by such personnel within the Department as the Chief may, from time to time, direct. The Chief shall have the authority to publish, from time to time, rules and regulations governing the conduct and operation of the Traffic Bureau.
