240.24 SPECIAL OFFICERS.

The Police Chief is hereby authorized to delegate enforcement of parking ordinances and non-traffic ordinances to a special officer of the Police Department. Such officer shall have only such powers and duties as are specifically delegated by the Police Chief to an officer who is not a sworn police officer.
