240.19 COMPLAINTS AGAINST DEPARTMENT MEMBERS.

Any complaint filed against a Department member by any member, superior or inferior, or nonmember, of the Department, shall be filed pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. Any formal hearing held by the Board shall be conducted in accordance with its adopted rules and regulations.
