Department members shall not:
(a) Drink or possess any kind of intoxicating liquor while on duty.
(b) Be intoxicated on duty or in public.
(c) Gamble while on duty or in uniform.
(d) Engage in immoral conduct which brings discredit upon the Department or interferes with job performance.
(e) Neglect to perform any duty.
(f) Violate any criminal law or an order of any court.
(g) Make a false official report.
(h) Disobey an order of any superior officer or City official.
(i) Engage in disorderly conduct.
(j) Leave a post without being regularly relieved, except in an emergency.
(k) Be insubordinate or disrespectful toward a superior officer or toward any official of the City.
(l) Engage in any strike or slowdown.
(m) Willfully, or through neglect, suffer to be lost, spoiled, damaged or wrongfully disposed of, any property belonging to the Department or to the City.
(n) Refuse, for whatever ground or reason, to testify under oath before any court, board, commission, investigative committee or grand jury.
(o) Willfully mistreat any person.
(p) Unlawfully use any weapon.
(q) Accept a bribe of money or other valuable.
(r) Neglect to furnish a person arrested with a receipt for all property taken from him or her.
(s) Neglect to turn over property taken from a person arrested to the appropriate officer without delay.
(t) Engage in any conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the Department.
(u) Neglect to report any member known to be guilty of a violation of this chapter, any ordinance of the City or any orders of the City Manager or the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners.
(v) Violate this chapter, any ordinance of the City or any orders of the City Manager or the Board.
