240.12 ATTENTION TO DUTY REQUIRED; OWNERSHIP OR INTEREST IN SALES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.

A member of the Police Department shall devote his or her whole time and attention to his or her duties and shall not follow or engage in any other regular calling, occupation or business. He or she shall not own or have any interest, of any nature, in any tavern or business selling alcoholic liquor.
