240.105 PROMOTION PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
   After promotion to a position covered by this chapter, the first six months of service in the position to which an employee is promoted shall be considered a period of probation. In the event the employee does not satisfactorily complete his or her probationary period, he or she shall revert to the lower position, with the rate of pay to which he or she would have been entitled had he or she continued to serve in such lower position without promotion.
