210.08 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE STATUTES.

Unless a contrary intent is stated in this chapter, all petitions for a voluntary annexation to the City filed by a private applicant shall be conducted in compliance with the provisions of Section 5/7-1-8 of Chapter 65 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, as now or hereafter amended.
