210.04 REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION BY PLANNING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission shall consider the written report of the Community Development Director and the Annexation Staff Review Committee, as well as any other persons who choose to appear and testify before the Commission. The Commission shall forward its written recommendations on the proposed annexation to the Community Development Committee of Council.
