The City is hereby formed and divided into seven wards of contiguous and compact territory containing, as nearly as possible, an equal number of inhabitants. The boundaries of the seven wards shall be as set forth in the "Ward Map" appended to and adopted as a part of Ordinance No. 2022-44 and on file with the City Clerk’s office.
