A copy of these Codified Ordinances shall be furnished by the City Clerk free of charge to the Mayor, the City Manager, each Alderperson, the head of each department and to such other persons as each department head may designate. The City Clerk shall sell printed copies of these Codified Ordinances to interested persons at such price as Council may fix. The City Manager shall have the power to reciprocate courtesies of other cities by presenting to each a free copy of these Codified Ordinances in such manner as to him or her may seem suitable.
