The provisions of these Codified Ordinances shall be cumulative of the provisions of all National and State codes adopted by reference in these Codified Ordinances. If there are any conflicts between these Codified Ordinances and the provisions of the currently adopted version of any of the National or State codes incorporated by reference herein, then the conflicts shall be resolved first by applying the provisions of these Codified Ordinances, as now or hereafter amended, second by applying the provisions of the Building and Housing Code, third by applying the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code, and lastly by applying the provisions of the Life Safety Code adopted pursuant to Chapter 1620
hereof.
