(A) The certain document known as the “Town Consolidated Fee Schedule, November 2015 Revision” for town services is hereby adopted as the consolidated fee schedule for the town and attached as Exhibit A to Resolution 15-005. The consolidated fee schedule, three copies of which shall be kept on file by the Town Clerk is hereby declared to be a public record, and said copies are ordered to remain on file with the Town Clerk.
(B) The provisions of this section and the public record adopted herein are effective from and after November 15, 2015.
