(A) The amount to be charged by Magistrate Court for all fees set forth in § 34.05 is to be set by the Presiding Magistrate of Magistrate Court who will inform the Town Council in writing of the fees set.
(B) If the Town Council desires changes in the fee schedule submitted by the presiding Magistrate, the presiding Magistrate may resubmit a new fee schedule as often as deemed necessary. The most recent fee schedule will remain in effect until a new fee schedule is submitted by the presiding Magistrate.
