§ 32.35 CREATED; COMPOSITION.
   There is hereby created a volunteer Fire Department for the town. The members of the Fire Department shall consist of a Chief, an Assistant Chief, other officers which may include lieutenants, captains and as many firefighters as may be deemed necessary from time to time by the Council.
