(A) It shall be unlawful to bury the body of a deceased person within the town limits other than in the Town Cemetery.
(B) It shall be unlawful to bury the body of a deceased person in the cemetery without first obtaining a valid Deed of Conveyance for the lot used or producing satisfactory evidence of a right to burial based on a properly acquired Deed of Conveyance.
(C) No animal may be buried in any lot or anywhere else within the boundaries of the cemetery.
(D) The burial of any other material or item not ordinarily associated with the burial of a deceased person shall require the approval of the Cemetery Committee and the Town Council.
(E) One interment only shall be allowed in a regular grave lot except:
(1) For a parent with his/her infant child;
(2) Two or more related children who are to be buried at the same time in the same casket; or
(3) The interments of two children in separate caskets and contained within separate vaults or liners in one regular grave lot if space permits.
(F) Two cremation remains may be buried within the same lot occupied by a vault.
(G) Four evenly spaced cremation remains may be buried in one cremains lot.
(H) Four evenly spaced cremation remains may be buried in one burial lot.
