The northeast half of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 41 North, Range 2 West, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, shall be reserved for the interment of deceased human remains and shall be known as the Fredonia Cemetery. Said cemetery is the property of the Town of Fredonia, Arizona and shall be regulated by all provisions and regulations contained herein pursuant to A.R.S. Title 32, Ch. 20, Art. 6.
