§ 50.31 CONDITIONS FOR TERMINATION BY TOWN.
   The town may discontinue utility service upon one or more of the following conditions:
   (A)   Non-payment of a delinquent invoice for utility service 25 days after the month’s invoice is computed and mailed;
   (B)   If the property or residence receiving utility service is not in compliance with the town code after reasonable efforts by town staff to enforce compliance have failed;
   (C)   To prevent fraud or abuse;
   (D)   Where there is evidence of tampering with a meter or other town utility equipment;
   (E)   Disregard of town rules regarding utility service;
   (F)   Emergency repairs;
   (G)   Insufficient supply of utility caused by factors outside of the town’s control;
   (H)   Legal processes; and/or
   (I)   Local emergency requiring emergency measures.
