§ 50.17 REJECTION OF APPLICATION.
   The town may reject any application for utility service for any good and sufficient reason, including but not limited to the following:
   (A)   Failure of the property or residence seeking utility service to be in compliance with the town code after reasonable efforts by town staff to enforce compliance have failed;
   (B)   Failure or refusal by the applicant to pay for any necessary extension of the utility distribution system so as to be able to serve his or her property or residence;
   (C)   Delinquency in the payment of invoices incurred by the applicant, or (a) any person living with the applicant, or (b) any company, firm, or entity of which the applicant is the owner, who would benefit from service;
   (D)   Failure of the applicant to post the required deposit;
   (E)   The electric connection to the town’s facilities does not meet applicable electric code requirements.
