§ 50.03 RESPONSIBILITY FOR RECEIPTS AND DEPOSITS.
   The Town Clerk shall be responsible for overseeing the monthly billing of money due by users for electricity consumed and shall keep a correct record of all receipts collected therefrom. The Clerk shall deposit the proceeds so collected to an account or accounts as directed by resolution of the Council and shall make the payments therefrom as may be necessary in the normal course of the utility’s business or as directed by the Council.
