§ 152.999 PENALTY.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone to knowingly violate the provisions of this chapter. Violation shall be punished as a class 1 misdemeanor. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense, unless Council alters this requirement because of special conditions.
