(A) Public utilities. Where alleys are not provided, easements for public utilities shall be provided on each side of all rear-lot lines, and side-lot lines, where necessary, and be not less than ten feet wide for the half-width that is reserved from the rear of each of the pair of adjacent lots. Insofar as possible, the easements shall be continuous and aligned from block to block within the subdivision and with adjoining subdivisions. Easements for existing or future utility lines which do not lie along rear or side-lot lines shall be at least 20 feet wide.
(B) Unusual facilities. Easements for unusual facilities, such as high voltage electric lines, shall be of a width as is adequate to the purpose, including any necessary maintenance roads.
(C) Watercourses. Where a subdivision is traversed by a watercourse, drainage way, channel or stream, there shall be provided a storm water easement or drainage right-of-way conforming substantially with the lines of the watercourse, and the further width or construction, or both, as will be adequate for the purpose.
