§ 152.047 FORM OF FINAL PLAT.
   (A)   (1)   The final plat shall be legibly drawn, printed or reproduced by a process guaranteeing a permanent record in black ink on tracing cloth or polyester base film that when filed, good legible blue line prints and negatives can be made therefrom.
      (2)   Certificates, affidavits and acknowledgments shall be legibly stamped or printed upon the plat with black opaque ink.
      (3)   All signatures shall be signed in black waterproof India ink, with the ink surface coated with a suitable substance when used on polyester based film to assure permanent legibility.
   (B)   The size of each sheet shall be 24 inches wide by 36 inches long and shall include all affidavits, certificates and acknowledgments.
   (C)   The scale of the map shall be one inch equals 200 feet or larger.
   (D)   The exterior boundary of the subdivision shall be indicated by a black border.
   (E)   Each sheet shall be numbered, the relation of one sheet to another clearly shown and the total number of sheets used shall be set forth on each sheet.
   (F)   The tract number, scale and north point shall be shown on each sheet.
