§ 152.031 PUBLIC HEARING.
   The Subdivision Committee and/or the Council may set the matter for a public hearing and, if the action is taken, a legal notice shall be posted on the subject property and published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the town at least 15 days before the public hearing.
