The Council, upon receipt of the Committee report, shall set the matter on the agenda of its next regular meeting. At that time, the Council may accept the Committee’s recommendation, overturn the Committee action, refer the matter back to the Committee when additional information is needed or requirements are not fulfilled or may set the matter for public hearing.
